In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning and design to execution and final delivery. As the Project In Charge, you will be responsible for ensuring that electrical engineering projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and manage client expectations to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues early.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to stakeholders and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Valid Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
