Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project execution for glass and aluminum installations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site labor to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor site progress against project timelines and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and manage project documentation.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and resolved professionally.
- Manage material procurement and inventory on-site to minimize waste.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Project In-Charge or similar role in the construction industry.
- Deep understanding of glass, aluminum, and architectural finishing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic project management software.
- Willingness to be based in Binan City, Laguna.
