Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals
- Create detailed design plans, including space planning, furniture layouts, and material specifications
- Prepare design presentations, including mood boards, 3D renderings, and technical drawings
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure design implementation meets quality standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure design integrity
- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design with other project elements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse project types
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, color theory, and spatial relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
