Join SHB Malaysia Automotive Appliance Sdn Bhd as a Project Launch Manager (NPI) and drive excellence in new product introductions. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as sole Ford interface for all launch-related communications and deliverables
- Oversee full-cycle safe launch control from prototype to mass production
- Implement quality assurance protocols ensuring zero defective parts shipment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality) for alignment
- Monitor production readiness and resolve launch-related bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain launch timelines with milestone tracking
- Conduct post-launch reviews to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive project management
- Proven track record in new product introduction (NPI) processes
- Expertise in Ford manufacturing systems and quality standards
- Strong knowledge of APQP/PPAP methodologies
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred
- Advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Fluency in English with excellent communication abilities
