Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage semiconductor projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and production staff
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, budget constraints, and delivery deadlines
- Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in semiconductor industry
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
