You will be responsible for leading end-to-end IT project lifecycles, from initial concept and feasibility studies to final delivery and post-implementation support. Your expertise will help us modernize our logistics operations through the adoption of cutting-edge software and digital tools, ensuring seamless integration with our manufacturing and distribution processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full project lifecycle for logistics-related IT initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to budget, scope, and timeline.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including logistics managers and software developers, to define clear project goals and deliverables.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of logistics software solutions, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.
- Identify project risks and technical challenges early, developing robust mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project performance using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation within the logistics department to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Prince2.
- Strong technical background with experience in ERP systems (SAP experience is highly desirable).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
