Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end network operations, delivery, and provisioning projects within the NCR area.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of technical professionals to maintain high performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members.
- Monitor network KPIs to optimize operational performance and ensure project milestones are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or team leadership, specifically within network operations.
- Strong technical background in network provisioning and delivery workflows.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
