Asticom is currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Project Lead to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for giving direction in terms of priorities and maximizing the value of our initiatives. We are looking for a visionary leader who can drive cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Your primary focus will be on managing the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and resource allocation to final delivery and stakeholder reporting. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that all deliverables align with Asticom's broader business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of telecommunications projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Define clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to prevent delays and budget overruns.
- Ensure all project deliverables adhere to industry standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate complex project updates, progress reports, and potential roadblocks to senior management effectively.
- Optimize project processes and methodologies to maximize value and resource efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the telecommunications or ICT industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, network protocols, and service management.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA, MS Project, or Asana.
