Join CICOR Panatec's dynamic team as a Project Leader/Assembly Process Engineer and drive innovation in manufacturing excellence. This pivotal role combines strategic project management with hands-on process engineering to optimize assembly operations across our Batam facility. You'll lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives from concept to production, designing and refining assembly processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The position requires proactive monitoring of production systems, rigorous testing protocols, and continuous process improvement initiatives to maintain competitive advantage.
As a key technical leader, you'll oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless implementation of engineering solutions while maintaining strict compliance with safety and quality standards. Your expertise in investigating production bottlenecks and developing robust countermeasures will directly impact our operational success. - Lead end-to-end NPI projects coordinating engineering, production, and quality teams
- Design, modify, and optimize assembly processes for maximum efficiency and quality output
- Implement testing protocols and monitor production systems for continuous improvement
- Investigate root causes of production issues and develop corrective action plans
- Oversee assembly operations maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Develop process documentation and training materials for operational staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing process engineering
- Proven track record in project management and NPI implementation
- Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and manufacturing methodologies
- Experience with process monitoring systems and quality control tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Leadership experience in cross-functional manufacturing environments
