Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end plastic molding projects from inception to mass production, ensuring alignment with Quality, Cost, and Time (QCD) objectives.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve technical challenges and streamline workflows.
- Oversee mold flow analysis and tooling development to ensure optimal part performance and manufacturability.
- Implement and monitor quality control systems to reduce defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasting to maximize operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits and vendor evaluations to maintain high standards with external partners.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for senior management to drive decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the plastic molding or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, and production cycles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred for effective communication.
