Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics for project cargo and breakbulk shipments across the APAC region.
- Develop and implement optimized shipping routes, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Prepare and review complex documentation, including Bill of Lading, certificates of origin, and insurance details.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any logistics challenges or delays.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, national, and international regulations and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project logistics, breakbulk, or heavy-lift transportation.
- Strong understanding of the APAC supply chain landscape and shipping regulations.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is highly preferred.
