Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor logistics projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and inventory management operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and freight partners
- Implement cost-effective solutions while ensuring service level agreements are met
- Manage project budgets, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports
- Identify and mitigate logistics risks through proactive problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics project management
- Proven track record in manufacturing or transport logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, freight forwarding, and supply chain systems
- Excellent project management skills with experience using industry software
- Certification in logistics or project management (e.g., CSCP, PMP) preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
