Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics operations for M&E construction projects
- Manage procurement, transportation, and distribution of construction materials and equipment
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain efficiency
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to minimize costs and maximize productivity
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and reports
- Lead and mentor logistics team members to ensure high performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in construction or M&E industry
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles, supply chain management, and construction processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office applications
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
