MR. ROBOT SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly motivated Project Logistics & Trade Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Balakong, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will drive cross-border logistics and compliance for cutting-edge robotics projects across Southeast Asia.
You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless transportation of robotics components while maintaining strict adherence to international trade regulations and customs requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal departments including procurement, engineering, and production teams, as well as external partners such as freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory bodies. You will play a critical role in optimizing logistics processes, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations for robotics projects, including import/export documentation and freight management
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian and international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export control laws
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to optimize shipping routes and reduce transit times
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with project timelines and budget constraints
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, engineering, production) to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping documentation, customs declarations, and compliance certificates
- Stay updated on changes to trade regulations and industry best practices in logistics and compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations and trade compliance within manufacturing or engineering industries
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international trade laws
- Experience working with freight forwarding companies and customs brokerage services
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English; Malay and Mandarin are advantageous
