Mitra Adiperkasa is seeking a dedicated Project Maintenance & Asset Controller Manager to oversee the critical infrastructure and asset management of our expanding retail network. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all store facilities are maintained to the highest standards while maintaining strict control over the company’s asset inventory. You will also act as the key liaison for external vendors, ensuring performance aligns with our business objectives and contributes to seamless store operations.
As a key member of our operations team, you will drive efficiency through rigorous asset tracking, preventive maintenance planning, and strategic vendor management. We are looking for a candidate who can balance technical facility knowledge with strong financial oversight to optimize costs and extend the lifecycle of our assets. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate facility maintenance strategies across all retail outlets, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Implement and monitor asset control policies to ensure accurate inventory tracking and minimize loss or misplacement.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and evaluating performance against strict KPIs.
- Conduct regular facility audits and safety inspections to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Prepare detailed financial reports regarding maintenance budgets, asset depreciation, and ROI.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of company equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
- Ensure all maintenance activities align with corporate sustainability and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, asset control, or retail operations.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems and preventative maintenance protocols.
- Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for budget planning and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
