This dual-focus role is critical to our operational success, combining the technical rigor of facility maintenance with the strategic oversight of infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our plant and warehouse facilities operate at peak efficiency while managing key relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant and warehouse machinery.
- Lead and supervise technical projects, including equipment installations, facility upgrades, and structural repairs.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality work and compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for optimization and minimize unscheduled downtime.
- Manage the procurement of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained within budget.
- Ensure all maintenance and project activities strictly adhere to DOLE, DENR, and local safety and environmental regulations.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, project timelines, and annual maintenance budget estimates for management review.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly to ensure seamless production.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (REB/REE/RME) is highly preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in industrial maintenance, plant operations, or project engineering.
- Proven expertise in managing third-party contractors and negotiating supplier agreements.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and mechanical machinery.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Project Management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tabang, Bulacan and handle emergency call-outs if necessary.
