Are you an experienced professional with a passion for electrical engineering and project management? PT Prima Panel Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Project Management (Electrical & Panel System) expert to join our team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be the bridge between our engineering team and our clients, ensuring that complex electrical panel projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and quality.
As our Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and technical specifications to final delivery and installation. We are seeking a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing tight schedules, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and maintaining exceptional relationships with our valued customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor electrical panel projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate between the production floor, design team, and clients to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, material lists, and progress reports.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and management effectively.
- Ensure all electrical panel installations comply with local electrical codes and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the electrical panel or industrial manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuit diagrams, panel design, and components (breakers, relays, PLCs, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or ERP systems).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications.
