Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact in the semiconductor industry? Carsem is seeking a dynamic Project Management Engineer to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary bridge between our clients and our internal engineering teams. You will be responsible for driving complex semiconductor projects from the initial Request for Quotation (RFQ) stage, through the full development cycle, all the way to a successful pre-production release.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from RFQ, product development, to successful pre-production handover.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor and track project milestones to ensure all deliverables are met within the established timeline and budget.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessment and implement proactive mitigation strategies for potential manufacturing bottlenecks.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external clients regarding project status and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular project status reviews and provide detailed reporting to management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure seamless transition of new products from development labs to the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project management or product engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction) processes and manufacturing workflows.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or Trello) and data analysis software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a technical environment.
