Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing proactive solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional technical teams, clients, and senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Manage resource allocation and project budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and optimal team productivity.
- Conduct post-project reviews to analyze performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices throughout the project delivery process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within an ICT or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
