Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for semiconductor equipment and process improvement initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining clear goals, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and track project performance using appropriate KPIs and project management tools; prepare and present regular status reports to management.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks; proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
- Manage project budgets, conduct cost analysis, and ensure financial targets are met while maximizing efficiency and value.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes, documenting lessons learned, and implementing best practices for future projects.
- Ensure all projects comply with company policies, quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field), Project Management, or Business Administration. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven project management experience within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, clean room protocols, and equipment infrastructure.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
