Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely deliverables
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address project challenges
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and tools
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Expertise in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
