Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Project Management Office in tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor daily project activities and communicate progress to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support project planning and performance reviews.
  • Support the coordination of cross-functional meetings and ensure action items are followed up.
  • Identify potential project risks or bottlenecks and escalate them to the appropriate leadership team.
  • Help streamline office processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or Trello) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
