- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress against milestones and implement corrective actions when needed
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering teams, contractors, and management
- Manage project documentation, risk assessments, and compliance with industry standards
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
- Optimize project management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Coordinate project handovers and ensure successful client acceptance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in construction or manufacturing
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, JIRA)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical specifications
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with budget forecasting and resource optimization
- Knowledge of local engineering regulations and safety standards
