Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee capital expenditure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with financial targets
- Develop and manage project budgets, conducting variance analysis and cost control measures
- Coordinate procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and supplier management
- Implement project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed financial reports and executive dashboards for stakeholder presentations
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve project bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for financial and operational risks
- Optimize project workflows using industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management with focus on Capex/finance
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management systems
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and financial software
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management methodology
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in budget forecasting and cost-benefit analysis
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder engagement and report presentation
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects within budget and timeline constraints
