Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring all milestones are met within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and program efficiency.
- Monitor project performance metrics and generate regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Implement standardized project management methodologies and best practices across the team.
- Facilitate effective communication between project owners, vendors, and internal departments.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure strict adherence to internal compliance policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or equivalent operational role.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar tools).
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven reporting and trend analysis.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
