PERSOL is a leading workforce solutions provider, and we are currently looking for a motivated Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our client, a prestigious banking institution in the East Region, Singapore. This is a contract position designed for entry-level candidates who are passionate about project management and eager to gain hands-on experience in the financial sector.
As a PMO, you will be an integral part of the project management office, supporting project managers and teams in delivering key initiatives. Your role will involve maintaining project governance, tracking milestones, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. You will also assist in risk management, documentation control, and resource coordination.
To succeed in this role, you need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of project management frameworks like PMP, Agile, or Scrum is highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. This role offers excellent exposure to banking operations and project lifecycle management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain and update project documentation such as project plans, status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager and relevant teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure action items are resolved.
- Monitor project risks and issues, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, particularly within the banking environment.
- Support the project manager in resource allocation and budget management tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of project management or administrative experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum) is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) is a plus.
