As the Project Management Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication between technical teams and business units. You will leverage your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to streamline workflows, manage resources efficiently, and mitigate risks before they impact the project timeline. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks to stakeholders and management regularly.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met for all project deliverables and documentation.
- Maintain accurate project records and prepare detailed progress reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the IT or software development industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
