Gandasari Group Investama is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to lead complex smelter operations. In this critical role, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring milestones are achieved safely, efficiently, and within budget constraints. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full lifecycle management of smelter projects from initiation to closure
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and operations
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations at all organizational levels
- Ensure compliance with HSE protocols and regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial project management, preferably smelter/metallurgy
- Professional certification (PMP/PRINCE2) strongly preferred
- Expertise in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Proven track record in budget management and cost control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
