Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure HDD product development milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks in the manufacturing or engineering workflow.
- Prepare and present technical reports regarding project status, resource allocation, and quality benchmarks.
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams and stakeholders to resolve technical roadblocks efficiently.
- Perform data analysis on product performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation for project compliance, safety standards, and engineering specifications.
- Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates and contribute to process optimization efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or a related field).
- Basic understanding of Hard Disk Drive (HDD) architecture and storage technologies.
- Experience or strong interest in project management methodologies within a manufacturing context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
