- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for subsea projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure alignment
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and contingency management
- Monitor project progress using KPIs and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication channels across all levels
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Optimize project workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in project planning with subsea/oil & gas focus
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and mitigation
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of subsea engineering principles and industry standards
