As the Project Manager, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. - Define and communicate the platform vision and long-term strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver platform updates and strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analytics teams to integrate enterprise data models into the platform.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication channels across all levels.
- Identify risks and opportunities within data and AI projects and implement mitigation strategies.
- Create detailed project roadmaps and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies where applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the Information Technology or Data sector.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data, analytics, and AI technologies.
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a contract capacity while adapting to the company culture.
