Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing daily communication and project inquiries.
- Analyze and interpret client briefs to define comprehensive project scopes and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and resource allocation.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Conduct regular status updates and provide detailed reports to both clients and management.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to align project goals.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Prince2).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.
