- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Implement and manage both Waterfall and Agile methodologies based on project requirements and organizational policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and materials, to optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Experience working in a banking or financial services environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
