Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects from initiation through closure, meeting scope, schedule, and financial targets.
- Develop detailed project charters, work breakdown structures, and status reports to keep all parties informed.
- Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to secure resources and ensure quality deliverables.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate progress and resolve issues.
- Maintain project documentation in line with Savills FM policies and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing projects in the real estate or facilities management sector.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong command of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and tools (MS Project, Primavera, BIM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, create forecasts, and drive data‑informed decisions.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
