- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress against established milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are fulfilled
- Document project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in relevant industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.)
