Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from initiation to closure
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Lead project teams through clear communication and stakeholder management
- Prepare progress reports and financial documentation
- Optimize project workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and industry regulations
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
