- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of digital products
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
- Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
- Document project processes and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the ICT sector
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with digital product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
