Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of digital products within scope, timeline, and budget constraints
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders
- Define project milestones, manage dependencies, and track progress using appropriate project management methodologies
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders through regular status updates and reporting
- Manage resource allocation, workload planning, and capacity forecasting for project teams
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and process optimizations across project delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience in ICT or software development environments
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget
- Professional certification such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master preferred
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent)
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle ambiguity in fast-paced environments
