Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of technical deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to monitor project progress effectively.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project.
- Manage resource allocation to ensure optimal team productivity and project performance.
- Drive quality assurance processes to ensure that all solutions meet client specifications and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the ICT or software development sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
