Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Coordinate and schedule human and technical resources, ensuring optimal availability and alignment with project demands.
- Monitor project progress and performance against KPIs, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies to enhance team productivity and output quality.
- Conduct regular project status meetings to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders regarding milestones and budget status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the engineering or research sectors.
- Proven expertise in utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team culture.
