Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize facilities and construction projects according to strict deadlines and within the approved budget.
- Manage the daily operations of project sites to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Liaise effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor project progress through regular reporting, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies promptly.
- Control project costs and manage resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and client specifications.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and technical issues swiftly to maintain project momentum.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction or facilities management sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
