Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation and planning to execution and successful delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure milestones are met consistently.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional departments to resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Identify, mitigate, and monitor project risks and issues to ensure minimal disruption to workflows.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and project performance metrics to management.
- Champion process improvements and maintain high standards of quality control and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management within an engineering or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Asana).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of technical workflows, supply chain logistics, and engineering standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented culture.
