We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Batu Maung, Penang. In this critical role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of AV projects, from initial client consultation to final delivery. You will be responsible for defining project scope, developing detailed plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams will be key to your success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end AV projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with clients to define project requirements and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of AV systems.
- Manage project teams, including technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in the AV or technology industry.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of audio visual systems, equipment, and installation processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
