Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, lead, and oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Prepare regular project status reports for senior management
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail or consumer products
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
