Join Qingjian International as a Project Manager and lead transformative engineering projects from conception to completion. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensuring all initiatives align with stringent quality standards, budgetary constraints, safety protocols, and aggressive timelines. You'll spearhead project lifecycle management, developing comprehensive roadmaps that optimize resources while mitigating risks. Your expertise will drive seamless stakeholder communication, ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded while maintaining operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop detailed project plans with scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project objectives
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve project escalations
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables against established milestones
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in engineering/construction
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Singaporean construction regulations and safety standards
