Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving new product success? Kaifa Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. In this critical role, you will serve as the central hub of communication and coordination, bridging the gap between customers, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams. You will be responsible for chairing high-level review meetings and ensuring that projects move forward without delay by identifying and resolving blockers efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Chair and facilitate cross-functional NPI review meetings involving customers, Product Engineering (PE), Quality Engineering (QE), supply chain, and production teams.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely product launches and milestones are met.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve technical, logistical, and process blockers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the supply chain and production departments to manage capacity and resource allocation.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to all stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all project documentation and change orders are accurately tracked and managed.
- Implement and monitor project KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or New Product Introduction (NPI) within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
