Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of complex UX research projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Conduct regular work group meetings, providing comprehensive project progress and status reports to all relevant stakeholders.
- Perform robust stakeholder management, effectively communicating project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies to internal teams and external clients.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, utilizing best-practice project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity and success.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, ensuring clear communication and alignment across researchers, designers, and development teams.
- Oversee project documentation, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and post-project reviews, to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within agreed-upon timelines and budget constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g., ScrumMaster) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within the IT, software development, or UX/UI research domain.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in identifying and managing project risks, issues, and changes.
- Experience with UX research methodologies or a strong interest in user experience design is a significant advantage.
