- Lead matrix teams through comprehensive project planning and execution
- Implement and manage change control processes to ensure project stability
- Establish and maintain quality checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate project deployment activities with cross-functional teams
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and manage stakeholder expectations
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate regular team meetings and project status updates
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing matrix teams
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
