Tanggung Jawab
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to communicate project status and updates.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the engineering or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly desirable.
