Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule/budget compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for technical and operational challenges
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and manage client expectations throughout project lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports for executive review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience in energy/utility sector
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification with proven track record of complex infrastructure projects
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Jira)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
